Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 May 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of RewardLoop, a referral programs platform operated by The Trustee for Broad & Co. Family Trust (ABN 89 687 217 914), trading as RewardLoop (we, us, our). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
RewardLoop provides software that helps businesses run referral programs. The service includes a hosted dashboard, public referral pages, an embeddable widget, transactional email delivery to referrers and referees you nominate, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Shopify.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, and you must use the service only for lawful purposes. You must promptly notify us at security@rewardloop.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions, trial, and billing
We offer a 14-day free trial on every plan. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. After the trial, your card is charged the monthly or annual fee for your selected plan. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all customer data, contact lists, brand assets, and other content you upload to RewardLoop. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data and we do not share it between tenants.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to send commercial electronic messages to the recipients you nominate, including compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and any equivalent overseas law that applies to your business.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Send spam, chain letters, or content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
- Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other tenants.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
- Engage in conduct that disrupts the service or harms other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. For serious or repeat breaches, we may terminate immediately.
6. Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce paid features during a current subscription period without offering a pro-rata refund.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any non-excludable guarantee is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate your account for material breach of these terms or for non-payment. On termination, your access to the service ends and we will delete your data within 60 days unless we are legally required to retain it. You can export your data at any time before cancellation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and on this page. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
